The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 2 to the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals and its Scottish Committee in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992(2), hereby make the following Rules:
1992 c. 53. Section 8 was amended by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments and Repeals) Order 2001 (S.I. 2001/3649), Part 8, article 335.
