Description of social service worker
2. For the purposes of section 44(1)(b) of the Act, the description of social service worker prescribed(1) is, subject to Article 3, a person who is–
(a)an employee of the Commission; and
(b)an authorised person within the meaning of sections 25 and 27 of the Act.
(1)
Section 77(1) of the Act defines “prescribed” as meaning “prescribed by order made by the Scottish Ministers”.
