41. The provider shall, unless it is impracticable for it to do so, notify the Health Board in writing within 28 days of any occurrence requiring a change in the information about it published by the Health Board in accordance with regulations made under section 2C(3) of the Act (functions of Health Boards: primary medical services)(1).
Section 2C was inserted into the Act by the Primary Medical Services (Scotland) Act 2004 (asp 1), section 1(2).
