33. ALL and WHOLE that area of ground extending to One hundred and seventy five decimal or one thousandth parts of a hectare or thereby lying on the south side of the A866 Road to Stornoway at Garrabost, Isle of Lewis and for registration purposes in the County of Ross and Cromarty as shown outlined in red on the plan annexed and signed as relative to Disposition by Western Isles Islands Council in favour of Scottish Homes dated the Ninth day of May and recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines for the County of Ross and Cromarty on the Sixth day of June both in the year Nineteen hundred and ninety; under exception of the dominium utile of all parts of the said subjects of which feus have been granted.
