1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Cattle Identification (Notification of Movement) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 18th February 2002.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
2. In regulation 7(e) of the Cattle Database Regulations 1998(1) for “15 days of the movement (or, for a movement on or after 1st January 2000, within 7 days of the movement)”, there is substituted “3 days of the movement”.
3. In regulation 7(2)(e) of the Cattle (Identification of Older Animals) (Scotland) Regulations 2001(2) for “7 days”, there is substituted “3 days”.
