Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Lomond and Argyll Primary Care NationalHealth Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1999 and shall comeinto force on 1st October 1999.
In this Order–
“the principal Order” means the Lomond and Argyll Primary CareNational Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998(1);
“the trust’s area of responsibility” means that part of Argyll andClyde Health Board’s area which lies to the north of the River Clyde.
