The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(2) of the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 79(2)(b) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Scottish Tribunals (Listed Tribunals) Regulations 2019 and come into force on 7 November 2019.
2.—(1) Schedule 1 of the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014 is amended as follows.
(2) In Part 1, after paragraph 9 insert—
“9A. A Bus Lane Adjudicator”.
(3) In Part 2—
(a)in paragraph 13, after sub-paragraph (9), insert—
“(9A) The entry in paragraph 9A relates to the functions exercisable by a bus lane adjudicator by virtue of Parts 4 and 5 of the Bus Lane Contraventions (Charges, Adjudication and Enforcement) (Scotland) Regulations 2011(2).”,
(b)in paragraph 13(9), omit “and 73(3)” and insert “, 73(3) and paragraph 5(2) of schedule 6”.

These Regulations add a bus lane adjudicator to the tribunals listed in schedule 1 of the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014 whose functions may be transferred to the Scottish Tribunals under that Act. They also specify the functions exercisable by a bus lane adjudicator.
In addition, these Regulations amend the functions of a parking adjudicator.
