Amendment to the Agriculture (Student fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007

5. After regulation 4(3) insert-
“(4) Subject to paragraph (5) and Regulation 5 the fee payable to the Department by an international student for each week of tuition in respect of a full time higher education course shall be £300.
(5) International students are defined as persons undertaking a course of study at the College of Agriculture Food and Rural Enterprise who are not included in the categories of person under Schedule 2 Part 2 of The Education (Student Support) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009(1).”
