Transitional provisions
26. Any visitor to whom services forming part of health services were available under the terms of the Provision of Health Services to Persons not Ordinarily Resident Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) and who is in Northern Ireland on a visit when those Regulations are revoked may, for the duration of that visit, retain any entitlement to health services on the terms set out in those Regulations.
