15. No charge may be made or recovered in respect of any services forming part of health services provided to a visitor who is in receipt of—
(a)any pension or other benefit under a Personal Injuries Scheme or Service Pensions Instrument as defined in regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations (Northern Ireland)1979(1); or
(b)a payment made under article 15(1)(c) (description of benefits – injury) or article 29(1) (description of benefits – death) of the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011(2).
