6. The fees set out in this paragraph shall be payable in respect of the following applications—
(a) application for the first issue of a land certificate or certificate of charge except in the case of— (i) an endorsed instrument of charge issued in accordance with rule 122, or (ii) a new land certificate or certificate of charge issued in substitution for an existing certificate or a certificate lost or destroyed | … | £10.00 |

Explanatory Memorandum
Explanatory Memorandum sets out a brief statement of the purpose of a Statutory Rule and provides information about its policy objective and policy implications. They aim to make the Statutory Rule accessible to readers who are not legally qualified and accompany any Northern Ireland Statutory Rule or Draft Northern Ireland Statutory Rule laid before the UK Parliament during the suspension of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
