Title and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Salaries (Assembly Ombudsman and Commissioner for Complaints) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2008.
Revocation
2. The Salaries (Assembly Ombudsman and Commissioner for Complaints) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006(1)(2) is revoked.
Increase in Salaries
3. The annual salaries payable to the Assembly Ombudsman and the Commissioner for Complaints shall be increased from £120,300 to £122,105 from 1st April 2007 and then increased to £123,200 from 1st November 2007.
