Revocations
13.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007(1) are revoked.
(2) The Regulations referred to in paragraph (1) shall continue to apply in relation to any medical examination or medical surveillance carried out before 10th March 2008 as if these Regulations had not been made.
(3) Paragraph 7 of Schedule 10 to the Offshore Installations (Safety Case) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007(2) is revoked.
