The Department for Social Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 103(1) and (3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005(1).
In accordance with Article 103(4) of that Order it has consulted the Board of the Pension Protection Fund(2) in relation to regulation 2.

The Board of the Pension Protection Fund is established by section 107 of the Pensions Act 2004 (c. 35)
