Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Horse Racing (Charges on Bookmakers) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 and shall come into operation on 26th March 2007.
Charges on bookmakers
2. The charges to be paid to the Department under Article 9 of the Horse Racing (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 for the benefit of the Fund shall be –
(a)£99 in the case of every person to whom paragraph (1)(a) of that Article applies;
(b)£1,123 in the case of every person to whom paragraph (1)(b) of that Article applies.
Revocation
3. The Horse Racing (Charges on Bookmakers) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003 (1) is hereby revoked.
