1. These Byelaws may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Byelaws (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 29th March 2004.
2. The Fisheries Byelaws (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) shall be amended as provided in Byelaw 3.
3. For Parts II and III of Schedule 3 (licences for fishing engines other than rod and line or hand line, and dealer’s licence) there shall be substituted the following Parts –
