Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Grants (Eligible Tenants) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2004.
Specified tenancy
2. For the purposes of Article 29A(2)(c) of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1988 (scheme for emergency grants), an introductory tenancy within the meaning of Article 6 of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 2003(1) is a description of tenancy to which Article 29A applies.
Application
3. This Order shall not apply in relation to applications for emergency grant made before 1st April 2004.
