2. The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 Code of Practice on the Rights of Access to Goods, Facilities, Services and Premises(1) issued by the Commission under section 54A (1) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 on 14th August 2003 shall come into effect on 1st March 2004.
