Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform and Pensions (1999 Order) (Commencement No. 11) Order (Northern Ireland) 2002.
(2) In this Order any reference to a numbered Article or Schedule is to the Article of, or the Schedule to, the Welfare Reform and Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 bearing that number.
Appointed day
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of—
(a)paragraph 12 of Schedule 2 (miscellaneous amendments), in so far as not already in operation, and Article 17 in so far as it relates to that paragraph; and
(b)in Part I of Schedule 10 (repeals) the repeal in Article 58(6)(a) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1995(1) and Article 76 in so far as it relates to it,
is 19th March 2002.
