The Local Government Pension Scheme (Management and Investment of Funds) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000
3. In regulation 5(4) of the Local Government Pension Scheme (Management and Investment of Funds) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000(1) for “(except those incurred in connection with a FSAVC scheme) may be paid from it” substitute—
“may be paid from it except—
(a)those incurred in connection with a FSAVC scheme, and
(b)those costs and charges prescribed by regulations made under Article 21, 22 or 38 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1999(2) which the Committee is enabled to recover by or under any such regulations”.
