Assistance for Minor Works to Dwellings (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000

Regulation 1

3.  In regulation 1 (citation, commencement and interpretation), for paragraph (2), substitute—

“(2) In these Regulations—

(a) “the Order” means the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992;

(b) “income-based jobseeker’s allowance” means an income-based jobseeker’s allowance within Article 3(4) of the Jobseeker’s (Northern Ireland) Order 1995(1);

(c) “working families' tax credit” means a working families' tax credit under section 127 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(2);

(d) “disabled persons' tax credit” means a disabled persons' tax credit under section 128 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(3).”
