Amendment of regulation 2 of the principal Regulations
2. In regulation 2 of the principal Regulations(1) (the general levy)—
(a)in paragraph (1) after “Regulatory Authority” there shall be inserted “in connection with their functions in relation to occupational pension schemes”; and
(b)in paragraph (2) after “section 169” there shall be inserted “and of the Regulatory Authority in connection with their functions in relation to personal pension schemes(2)”.
