Statutory Rules of Northern Ireland

Coming into operation

WHEREAS the Department for Regional Development(1) in accordance with Article 4(1) and (2) of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993(2) proposes by order to provide for the construction of a bridge over the navigable waters of the River Bann in the County of Londonderry;
AND WHEREAS the Department has taken into consideration the reasonable requirements of navigation over the waters affected by the order in accordance with Article 4(3) of that Order;
AND WHEREAS notice has been published and served in compliance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 8 to that Order;
AND WHEREAS one objection was received and subsequently withdrawn;
NOW THEREFORE the Department, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 4(1) and (2) of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 and now exercisable by it(3) and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
