Interpretation
2. In this Order—
“the Act” means the Fair Employment Act (Northern Ireland) 1989(1);
“the Order” means the Fair Employment and Treatment (Northern Ireland) Order 1998;
“the Commencement Order” means the Fair Employment and Treatment (1998 Order) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) Order 1999(2); and
“the Monitoring Regulations” means the Fair Employment (Monitoring Regulations) (Northern Ireland) 1989(3).
