1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1998 and shall come into operation on 6th March 1998.
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to this Order as it applies to a Measure of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
2. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1991 shall cease to have effect in relation to the area in Glenwherry, County Antrim described in the Schedule to the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1991 and accordingly in that Schedule the entry relating to this area is hereby revoked.
