Amendment of the Employer’s Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Exemption Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1975
2. Regulation 3 of the Employer’s Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Exemption Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1975(1) shall be amended as follows:—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (j) for the full stop there shall be substituted “; and”; and
(b)after sub-paragraph (j) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph:—
“(k)any Education and Library Board established under Article 3 of the Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 1986(2).”
