AND WHEREAS no objection or representation has been received;
NOW THEREFORE the Department, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 21(1) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the One-Way Traffic (Strabane) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997 and shall come into operation on 13th March 1997.
2. The Schedule to the One-Way Traffic (Strabane) Order (Northern Ireland) 1985(1) shall be amended by the addition thereto of the following items—

Owenreagh Drive Link | North-westerly |
Owenreagh Drive, from its junction with Urney Road to a point approximately 12 metres south of that junction | Southerly” |
