AND WHEREAS one objection has been received and subsequently withdrawn and no representation has been received;
NOW THEREFORE the Department, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 21(1) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the One-Way Traffic (Whitehead) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997 and shall come into operation on 10th March 1997.
2. A person shall not, except upon the direction or with the permission of a constable in uniform or of a traffic warden, cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on Edward Road, Whitehead, from its junction with King’s Road, to its junction with Balmoral Avenue, other than in a south-easterly direction.
