Housing benefit: maximum housing benefit
10. In regulation 9 of the Housing Benefit Regulations (rates)—
(a)in paragraph (5) at the beginning there shall be inserted “Subject to paragraph (6),”;
(b)after paragraph (5) there shall be added the following paragraph—
“(6) Paragraph (5) shall not apply to any person so residing with the claimant who is a student to whom regulation 48A(1)(1) (full-time students to be treated as not liable to make payments in respect of a dwelling) applies.”.
