The Child Support Departure Direction and Consequential Amendments Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996

The Department of Health and Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 2(2), 16(3), 23, 28A(3), 28B(2)(b), 28C(2)(b) and (6)(b), 28E(5), 28F(3), (4) and (8), 28G(3), (4) and (5), 39, 47 and 48(4) of, and paragraph 5 of Schedule 1, paragraphs 2, 4, 6, 7 and 9 of Schedule 4A and Schedule 4B to, the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991(1) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

S.I. 1991/2628 (N.I. 23); Articles 28A to 28G and Schedules 4A and 4B were inserted by Article 3 of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 (S.I. 1995/2702 (N.I. 13))
