The Department of Economic Development(1), in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 58A(1), (5), (6), (7) and (8)(2), 59(1), (2)(3), (2A)(4), (2B), (2D)(5), (3), (4)(6), (6A)(7), (6B), (7) and (8)(8) and 80(3) of the Industrial Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1976(9), Article 26(1) of the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978(10), Article 30(1) of the Industrial Training (Northern Ireland) Order 1984(11) and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
