SCHEDULE 1Employers for the purposes of Article 2
1. A Health and Social Services Board established under Article 16 of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972(1).
2. The Northern Ireland Central Services Agency for the Health and Social Services established by Article 26 of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972.
3. A Health and Social Services trust established under Article 10 of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1991(2).
4. A special health and social services agency established under Article 3 of the Health and Personal Social Services (Special Agencies) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990(3).
