Repeals
2. —
(1) In so far as they apply to Northern Ireland the following provisions of the Radioactive Substances Act 1948(1) shall cease to have effect, that is to say—
(a)in section 5, subsections (1)(a) and (7);
(b)in section 14(2)(b) the words from “and the reference in subsection (7)”onwards.
(2) In Schedule 1 to the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 the reference to section 5(1)(a) of the Radioactive Substances Act 1948 shall be omitted.
