15. For the purposes of this Part of these regulations, “second tier adjudication” means adjudication by an adjudication officer; and for these purposes section 100D(1)(1) (appeals following reviews) shall apply to any decision given by an adjudication officer as if it were a decision given by him on a review under section 100A(1) (review of a decision on any ground).
Section 100D was inserted by paragraph 5 of Schedule 1 to Disability Living Allowance and Disability Working Allowance (Northern Ireland) Order 1991
