Revocations
17.—(1) The following provisions are hereby revoked—
(a)the whole of the Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order (Northern Ireland) 1989(1), in so far as not previously revoked; and
(b)the whole of the Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order (Northern Ireland) 1990(2), in so far as not previously revoked.
(2) Articles 3 to 11 and 14 to 17 of, and Schedules 1 and 3 to 7 to, the Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order (Northern Ireland) 1991(3) are hereby revoked in relation to any particular case on the day immediately preceding the day on which the rates or amounts of benefit specified in relation to that benefit in this order take effect in relation to that case.
