11.  In Schedule 1 at the end insert—

“Sections 38, 39 and 40 of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010.

To enter and inspect goods vehicles, to inspect and copy documents required to be carried on such vehicles and to seize certain articles.”.
