17In section 54(2) for “The Assembly” substitute “ The Assembly Commission ” and omit “(and may, in particular, do so by requiring it to be published by the Assembly Commission)”.W
18For section 54(3) substitute—W
“(3)The Assembly Commission must lay before the Assembly every determination made by the Board under section 53(7) as soon as is reasonably practicable after it is made.”.
