Adran 11 – Adolygu penderfyniadau ar godi ffioedd

27.Mae'r adran yn rhoi'r pŵer i Weinidogion Cymru wneud rheoliadau ynglŷn â'r trefniadau y mae'n rhaid i awdurdodau lleol eu gwneud i adolygu penderfyniadau ar godi ffioedd.  Mae is-adran (2) yn rhoi enghreifftiau o'r math o ddarpariaeth y caniateir ei chynnwys mewn rheoliadau a wneir o dan yr adran hon.  Mae hyn yn cynnwys darpariaeth ynglŷn â hawl unigolyn i ofyn am adolygiad, y broses y mae'n rhaid i unigolyn ei dilyn i arfer yr hawl honno a'r gweithdrefnau y mae'n rhaid i awdurdod eu dilyn wrth gynnal yr adolygiad. Caniateir gwneud darpariaeth hefyd ynghylch pwy a gaiff ofyn am adolygiad ar ran person arall.
