4.—(1) Schedule 1 to the Act (kinds of employment etc referred to in Section 1) is amended as follows.

(2) In the list of “Royal Commissions and other Commissions”—

(a)with effect from 1st July 2013, insert “Employment by the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland”(1); and

(b)with effect from 1st April 2021, insert “Employment by the Scottish Biometrics Commissioner”(2).

(3) In the list of “Other Bodies”—

(a)with effect from 1st October 2021, insert “Employment by Redress Scotland”(3); and

(b)with effect from 15th November 2021, insert “Employment by the Scottish Rail Holdings Limited”(4).
