Amendments to the Building Regulations 2010

2.  Schedule 3 (self-certification schemes and exemption from requirement to give building notice or deposit full plans) of the Building Regulations 2010(1) is amended in accordance with the following paragraphs—

(a)in column 2, omit “Benchmark Certification Limited,” from paragraphs 4, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14 and 15;

(b)in column 2, for “BM Trada Certification Limited (2)” in paragraphs 10 and 11 substitute “Assure Certification Ltd”(3);

(c)in column 2, omit “,Network VEKA Limited” from paragraphs 10 and 11.

S.I. 2010/2214 as amended by S.I. 2015/767, S.I. 2015/1486, S.I. 2016/285 and S.I. 2016/611. There are other amendments which are not relevant to this instrument.
