Modification to the Right to Buy
2.—(1) Part V of the Housing Act 1985(1) (the right to buy) as it applies in relation to the right under section 16 of the Housing Act 1996 (right of tenant to acquire dwelling) has effect subject to the exceptions, adaptations and other modifications specified in Schedule I to these Regulations.
(2) Part V of the Housing Act 1985 as it applies by virtue of paragraph (1) is set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
