Extension of provisions of the Act to Jersey
4. Sections 1, 14, 17 and 18(1) of the Act(1) shall extend to Jersey with the modifications specified in the Schedule hereto.

Section 1(6) was amended by the British Nationality Act 1981 (c. 61), Schedule 7, and by the Schedule to the Hong Kong (British Nationality) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/948); section 14 was amended by the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1993 (c. 50), Schedule 1, Part XIV; there are other amendments to sections 1 and 14 which are not relevant to the subject matter of this Order.
