Commencement of provisions concerning advertisements

2.  The following provisions of the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 shall come into force on 6th April 1992—

  • section 19, so far as it is not yet in force;

  • section 24;

  • section 32, so far as it relates to paragraph 38 of Schedule 7 and sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 53 of that Schedule, so far as that sub-paragraph is not yet in force; and

  • section 84(6), so far as it gives effect to the repeal, in Part I of Schedule 19, of paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 1 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990(1), so far as that repeal is not yet in force.
