The Milk (Cessation of Production) Act 1985 was repealed insofar as it extends to England and Wales and Northern Ireland by paragraph 39 of schedule 23 of the Deregulation Act 2015 (c.20). Paragraph 39 of schedule 23 of that Act extends to England and Wales and Northern Ireland by virtue of section 114 of that Act.
