Regulatory Reform (Scotland) Act 2014, Section 61 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 20 May 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
(1)This Part (other than section 57) comes into force on the day after Royal Assent.
(2)The remaining provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by order appoint.
(3)An order under subsection (2) may include transitional, transitory or saving provision.
