The second subparagraph of Article 5(8) of Regulation (EU) 2015/758 is replaced by the following:
‘The technical requirements and tests referred to in the first subparagraph shall be based on the requirements set out in paragraphs 2 to 7 and on the available standards relating to eCall, where applicable, including:
EN 16072:2015 “Intelligent transport systems — eSafety — Pan-European eCall operating requirements”;
EN 16062:2015 “Intelligent transport systems — eSafety — eCall high level application requirements (HLAR)”;
EN 16454:2015 “Intelligent transport systems — ESafety — Ecall end to end conformance testing”;
EN 15722:2015 “Intelligent transport systems — eSafety — eCall minimum set of data (MSD)”;
EN 16102:2011 “Intelligent transport systems — eCall — Operating requirements for third party support”;
any additional European standards relating to the eCall system adopted in conformity with the procedures laid down in Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council(1), or Regulations of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE Regulations) relating to eCall systems to which the Union has acceded.’
Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 on European standardisation, amending Council Directives 89/686/EEC and 93/15/EEC and Directives 94/9/EC, 94/25/EC, 95/16/EC, 97/23/EC, 98/34/EC, 2004/22/EC, 2007/23/EC, 2009/23/EC and 2009/105/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Decision 87/95/EEC and Decision No 1673/2006/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (OJ L 316, 14.11.2012, p. 12).’
