Article 13
1.The application of this Regulation shall in no circumstances interfere with procedures laid down in Directive 2001/83/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council(1) and Regulation (EC) No 726/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council(2).
2.This Regulation shall not interfere with intellectual property rights or rights of intellectual property owners.
