For the general budget of the European Union for the financial year 2012 (hereinafter ‘the 2012 budget’), the Flexibility Instrument shall be used to provide the sum of EUR 50 million in commitment appropriations under subheading 1a and EUR 150 million in commitment appropriations under heading 4.
That amount shall be used to complement the financing of:
EUR 50 million for the Europe 2020 Strategy under subheading 1a,
EUR 150 million for the European Neighbourhood Policy under heading 4.
This decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
