This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
States Parties shall, subject to the provisions of their national law:
(a)Take measures to provide for the seizure and confiscation, as appropriate, of:
(i)Goods such as materials, assets and other instrumentalities used to commit or facilitate offences under the present Protocol;
(ii)Proceeds derived from such offences;
(b)Execute requests from another State Party for seizure or confiscation of goods or proceeds referred to in subparagraph (a)(i);
(c)Take measures aimed at closing, on a temporary or definitive basis, premises used to commit such offences.
