45.Section 10 of the Act allows the Scottish Ministers, by regulations, to make consequential, transitional, transitory or saving provision in connection with the expiry under section 2 of any provision of the Scottish Acts. This will allow, for instance, the status in law of anything done under the provisions of the Acts while they are in effect to be clarified if necessary for the period after the Acts expire.
